The billionaire founder of the Home Depot has arrived in Maine… on his $180 Million yacht. Arthur Blank docked in Portland harbor this week, and he is subject to the 14-day quarantine. WMTW is reporting that police in Saco have arrested a man for running over another man with his vehicle, and they say that the two were part of a “love triangle.” The assailant has been charged, and the victim is recovering. Officials in Portsmouth, NH are considering a mask mandate ahead of president Trump’s Saturday rally at Pease Air Force Base, which is expected to draw crowds in excess of CDC guidelines. The city of Portland has established a new “rent relief fund,” to assist residents with missed rent payments due to the pandemic. Other Maine municipalities are also considering similar moves.
