The plant in Guilford that hosted president Trump in June has been awarded more than $50 million to make the swabs used in coronavirus tests. Fort Gorges in Casco Bay is in dire need of repair, and the Maine Supreme Court has ruled that the “CMP corridor” ballot question is unconstitutional. It won’t appear on the ballot in 2020.
